Willenhall extended their unbeaten run to 17 games after a hard-fought win over Tamworth.
Willenhall welcomed back Tina Hand to the side after missing last week's game due to holiday, but were without Lindsay Clews, which meant Sherrylee Boon moving to left-back.
Willenhall created the first real chance of the game on 4 minutes but a rasping left foot shot was tipped over the bar by the home keeper.
Rachel Kinsis long ball over the top then put Tina Hand through only to been beaten to the ball by the on-rushing keeper who grasped the ball before hand could get a foot to it.
On 9 minutes a superb long ball by the impressive Sheerylee Boon found Tina Hand, whose shot was blocked by a defender at close range and then some good inter-play on the left between Rachel Kinsis & Abi Riley the ball again found its way to Tina Hand who was yet again denied as the keeper held onto her header. In the 18th minute Rachel Kinsis received the ball on the half-way line & made a run before firing just over the bar from around 20 yards.
Midway through the first half Tamworth managed their first & only shot on target but stand-in keeper Lizzie Plant saved the ball comfortably.
Willenhall missed yet another opportunity after 32 minutes when another Jo Byrne left foot effort found it's was over the bar & Tina Hand & Abi Riley also saw their shots saved by the home keeper.
After a half-time debrief Willenhall switched the two wingers Stacey Parkes and Rachel Kinsis & this paid dividends as the visitors opened the scoring on 53 minutes when Stacey Parkes capitalised on a loose ball, after the keeper had pushed out Tina Hand's inital effort, hitting the ball in off the post.
Willenhall Town then increase their advantage on 56 minutes when Abi Riley netted her 10th goal of the season, after a run on the left by the inspirational Stacey Parkes, who beat two players before releasing a through ball to Abi Riley to slot home.
On 64 minutes Rachel Kinsis superb run & cross set up Stacey Parkes, whose shot was deflected for a corner & she had yet another opportunity but the ball crept the wrong side of the post.
Stacey Parkes did finally net again on 66 minutes when she fired home her second of the game from Tina Hand's corner & Jo Byrne completed a convincing 4~0 victory with a low left foot shot with 13 minutes left.
